How are my yoga classes on Lanzarote?
Adapted to your level and needs, the yoga I offer can be Vinyasa Flow (with Iyengar influence), Hatha or Restorative. Vinyasa means link, so the classes will consist of a creative, balanced flow, linking asanas with breath so you can connect with your body and quiet the mind to leave you relaxed yet energized. Vinyasa is quite a strong practice: it’s challenging and fun at the same time.
If you prefer a more restorative, relaxing practice, we will do a Hatha class, where we will stay a bit longer in the poses – feeling, observing, breathing.
All sessions include pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. I teach from the heart, making sure you are safe and comfortable in your poses, nurturing and helping you to feel good, to create your own practice and make the yoga help you where you need.

Whether you’re staying in a rural accommodation in Arrieta or a luxury hotel in Playa Blanca, whether your base is a holiday apartment in Puerto del Carmen or a villa in Macher – I am your private yoga teacher on Lanzarote.

I’ll bring all the necessary materials and tailor the classes to your needs.
I can adapt the yoga sessions to prenatal or postnatal, take into account any injuries you may have, or focus on a zone that you feel requires special attention.
What is yoga?
As the amazing yoga guru B.K.S. Iyengar said, “Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.”
Originally from India, the word yoga itself means union, joint of body, mind and spirit. It is the perfect practice to reset, restore and renew.
Through asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation, you will be able to disconnect from your daily life to reconnect with yourself in order to feel better, strong, happy and free. The movement will create strength and awareness of your body, the breathing will help you stay present and the meditation will take you into stillness. A complete practice for total bliss.
