ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, KEEP YOUR PILATES OR YOGA PRACTICE ONLINE
Online sessions are a great way to keep your yoga or pilates practice. Even if you have practiced with me before, you are new to yoga but you know me and would like to try a class with me or you have never tried but you are looking for online yoga or pilates classes, you can choose between some options I have prepared for you so you can include your yoga or pilates routine into your daily life.
Here is what we can do:
LIVE PRIVATE SESSIONS (Skype – ENGLISH/SPANISH) –
You were having private or group sessions before at a studio, or you were going to start practicing yoga or pilates and you want the guidance, corrections and support from a certified teacher.
This is great for old clients or clients with injuries or specific conditions, as it will keep it safe and prevent you from getting injured with other yoga videos you can find online. We will tailor the class to your level and needs. You can share any requests, preferences, doubts and all you want in order to make the most out of the session.
Duration: 1 hour
What do you need: Skype, mat and/or any props yo may have at home.

GROUP SESSIONS VIA ZOOM or INSTAGRAM LIVE (SPANISH) – TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 18H – Join our online community here: @martayogaonline
You can join me then or connect later and do the practice in instagram as it stays recorded.
Price per month: 30€ via zoom or 20€ if you choose instagram (SPECIAL SUMMER OFFERS!!!!)
Optional and free: A 20/30 min private Skype session to solve your doubts.
