ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, KEEP YOUR PILATES OR YOGA PRACTICE ONLINE
If you don’t have time to go to a studio or you prefer the comfort of your home to practice yoga or pilates but sometimes you miss the guidance and support from a teacher, you can still enjoy it at home thanks to my online lessons.
What do you need for a private yoga or pilates online class?
- A good internet connection.
- Skype or Google+ account.
- A mat.
- Any props you have at home. Don’t worry if you don’t have.
How will the class be?
Please reserve 1h 10min for the whole class.
The first 5 – 10 minutes will be for introduction and consultation. You can share any injuries, requests, preferences, doubts and all you want in order to make the most out of the session.
The next hour will be something like this:
THE PILATES ONLINE CLASS
- Warm up.
- A classical Mat Pilates session personalized for you.
- Some restorative stretches to make you feel better than ever.
THE ONLINE YOGA CLASS
- Center & Pranayama (Breathing exercises).
- A creative and fun Vinyasa Flow, ending with some restorative poses to cool down and savasana (total relaxation pose).
